Thank You for visiting the SportsAbilities 2014 Winter Paralympic Games Page.  We will be constantly updating this page throughout the games in order to provide you with the most relevent and up-to-date information regarding the games.    The Sochi Games will feature 5 sports, 7 disaplines with 72 medal events.  692 athletes will compete over 9 days starting March 7th.

 

NBC will be broadcasting 52 hours of the games on "National" Television (actually it is mostly on NBC Sports Network (DirecTv Channel 220) which is subscription based)

Friday March 7th-  11am ET-  Opening Ceremonies-  NBCSN

 

Saturday March 8th-  1am ET- Alpine Skiing-  NBCSN

                                         1pm ET- Opening Ceremony- NBC

                                        5:30pm ET- Day 1 Recap- NBCSN

 

Sunday March 9th-  1am ET- Nordic Skiing- NBCSN  

                                     11pm ET- Day 2 Recap- NBCSN

 

Monday March 10th-  2am ET- Alpine Skiing (Super G)- NBCSN

                                         12pm ET- Day 3 Recap- NBCSN

 

Tuesday March 11th-  2am ET-  Biathlon- NBCSN

                                        3pm ET- Sled Hockey (USA vs Russia)- NBCSN

 

Wednesday March 12th-  1:30am ET-  Wheelchair Curling-  NBCSN

                                               3pm ET- Day 5 Recap- NBCSN

 

Thursday March 13th-  5am ET- Sled Hockey Semi Final-  NBCSN

                                           12pm ET-  Sled Hockey Semi Final-  NBCSN

 

Friday March 14th-  3am ET-  Snowboarding-  NBCSN

                                    11:30pm ET- Day 7 Recap-  NBCSN

 

Saturday March 15th-  3:30am ET-  Nordic Skiing-  NBCSN

                                          1pm ET- Sled Hockey Final- NBC

                                         6:30pm ET- Wheelchair Curling Final- NBCSN

 

Sunday March 16th-  4:30pm ET- Alpine Skiing (Giant Slalom)-  NBCSN
