PEAK Center at Craig Hospital is a fitness and wellness center that
incorporates physical therapy and fitness principles in order to
integrate neural, fitness, and strength goal. After initial paperwork
is completed, participants will go through an examination and evaluation
by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who will help each client to
develop treatment goals and plan of care. Our expert staff will be
there to assist in equipment set up, to lead classes, and offer
